Reserve Online, Pay Your Way
Reserve from the site and the shop keeps the pieces aside. Pay a deposit online, pay in full, or pay nothing until the counter — your choice, stated plainly before you confirm.
Try It On — From Home
Some pieces can be tried on from your phone — in the live mirror, or in a photo where the real piece is painted on. Each piece’s own page says whether it can, and how. Our copy of your photo is deleted within the hour.
Certificate & Authenticity
Every piece is finished in a forming polish of pure 24-carat gold over a brass or copper base — real gold, a class above ordinary plating. It is a finish and not solid gold, it is not BIS hallmarked, and the polish wears with everyday use. Each piece leaves with its own GoldVibe certificate: its ID, and the 50% cashback guarantee it entitles you to. Honoured at the counter, and it answers for itself here, any time.
Repairs & Re-finishing
A loose clasp, a missing stone, the gold finish gone dull — bring it in. You get a job number, a quote before any work starts, and a promised date. Track it by asking us with the number.
Assured Lifetime 50% Cashback
Bring any GoldVibe piece back with its certificate to any of our shops — this year or in twenty — and half of what you paid comes back to you. In cash, at the counter, face to face. An unworn piece may also be exchanged within 15 days of collecting it (the date on your bill), or brought back within 7 days for its full price.
Savings Scheme
Pay a little every month, buy something worth more at the end — the scheme keeps your instalments in a passbook you can read any time on your account page. Joining happens at the counter, where the terms are read together and signed.
