A loose clasp, a missing stone, plating gone dull — bring it in. You get a job number, a quote before any work starts, and a promised date. Track it by asking us with the number.
Exchange & Buy-back
A GoldVibe piece comes back whenever you are ready for a new one — assessed at the counter, its value handed to you as store credit towards anything in the case. Store credit, never cash, and always face to face.
Gold Savings Scheme
Pay a little every month, buy something worth more at the end — the scheme keeps your instalments in a passbook you can read any time on your account page. Joining happens at the counter, where the terms are read together and signed.
Warranty & Authenticity
Every sold piece carries a warranty card with its own ID. The plating warranty is honoured at the counter; the ID answers for itself right here on the site, any time.
Try It On — From Home
Earrings and maang tikka can be tried on from your phone: the live mirror, or a photo where the real piece is painted on by the studio. Your photo is used once and deleted within the hour.
Reserve Online, Pay Your Way
Reserve from the site and the shop keeps the pieces aside. Pay a deposit online, pay in full, or pay nothing until the counter — your choice, stated plainly before you confirm.
