These terms apply to the GoldVibe website and to reservations made through it.
What we sell
GoldVibe sells jewellery finished in a forming polish of pure 24-carat gold over a brass or copper base. The gold is real. The piece is not solid gold, is not BIS hallmarked, and its finish wears with everyday use. Every piece is sold with its own GoldVibe certificate, stating its piece ID and the assured lifetime 50% cashback below; the certificate states no gold weight, because a polished finish wears and a figure printed on a card would outlast it. Every product page says all of this, and prices reflect it.
Assured lifetime 50% cashback
Bring any piece back with its certificate to any GoldVibe shop, at any time, and we pay you 50% of the price you paid, in cash. The full promise is in our Returns & Exchange policy.
Prices and payment
The price shown on a piece's card and on its page is the price you pay, GST included. A delivery charge, where there is one, is shown at checkout before you pay anything.
When you reserve online you may pay a deposit (the amount is shown before you pay), pay the whole price, or pay nothing now and pay at the counter. Online payments are taken by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
Reservations
A reservation holds the piece for you, subject to its being available at the shop you chose. The sale is complete when the piece is in your hands — collected at that shop, or delivered to you. Until then you may cancel, and money you paid online goes back to the account you paid from. The one exception is a piece made to your own design: once the karigar has started work, its deposit is kept for the work done, as the design's own page tells you before you pay.
Delivery
We send parcels only to the PIN codes we serve. Whether we can send to yours, what it costs and when it should arrive are shown at checkout as soon as you enter your PIN code. Photographs
Product photographs are of the actual style; slight variation between a photograph and a hand-finished piece is normal.
